1.Tell us a funny story about a date night out with your husband.
I am committed to consistently living the life of change through my actions. It’s not just what I speak it’s also what I do. When no one is watching and when people are, I choose to walk as the new creation that God has called me to be.
2.What are the (2) most important things in your kitchen and why?
My husband is a man of God. He’s an ambitious, devoted husband and father who is fervent over the youth and his community. My husband is dedicated to his nonprofit and ministering to the youth through sports. He is someone who always strives for excellence in anything he touches. He lives his life as a man of integrity. He is humble, athletic, smart, funny, very outgoing and outspoken.
3.What do people assume about you that isn’t true?
It would be the time I laid in bed next to my late grandmother, who was also my best friend. I would hold her a little tighter, kiss her a million times, while repeatedly affirming how much I love her and why.
4.Tell us a time you demonstrated leadership skills.
They’d say I was popular, running amuck, not taking life seriously. They would also say I was beautiful by all accounts, had a good heart, was funny, a great writer, dancer, and had so much to offer the world.
5.If you had no fear, what would you try?
A new home with a gym and basketball courts to train kids. This would ensure he never has to rent out someone else’s facility. A camper for when we travel. A boat that could fit our entire family. He’s always wanted a boat as a man who grew up on the water. A new pickup truck that could lug the boat, camper, and sports equipment he needs for games.
